How often do you add new products?
✦ Once a month, we will launch 20-30 new handmade products. There will only be ONE of each item, and the photo you see on the website will be the exact product that’s READY to ship to you!
✦ Every piece will be one-of-a-kind, unique patterns and designs made by me (Naomi). Each month, you can expect to see our core products (adult & kids beanies, coffee cup sleeves, multiwrap headbands and xl scrunchies). I will be mixing in some bestselling styles from previous seasons & some new styles/colors/products you’ve never seen!

✦We will announce the next shop update on Instagram, in our IG bio and at the top of our website about a week or so beforehand.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail when your package ships. This e-mail will contain your USPS Tracking Number.
When will my order be delivered?
We will process your order within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an e-mail with your USPS tracking number when your order ships, allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days of ship date.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to USA & Canada.
How much does shipping cost?

How can I change something on my order after I've placed it?

What size are your beanies and headbands?
All of our beanies and headbands are one size fits all. If you have a sizing request, please add it in the order notes at checkout. Reach out to us if you have any specific questions related to sizing.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
We do our absolute best to display our products accurately. Our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
Can I order a custom beanie?
You can place a custom order on select styles. Please see product listings that have a 'Custom' order graphic. Details are on the product page.
Do you sell wholesale?
We now offer wholesale on select products!
Do you sell crochet patterns?
We do not sell any patterns at this time.
Can we collaborate on Instagram?
E-mail us at info@madeinminnyshop.com with your collaboration inquiry along with your Instagram account/website and we will get back to you as soon as we are accepting new collaborations.
