How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail when your package ships. This e-mail will contain your USPS Tracking Number.
When will my order be delivered?
We will process your order within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an e-mail with your USPS tracking number when your order ships, allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days of ship date.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to USA & Canada.
How much does shipping cost?

What size are your beanies and headbands?
All of our beanies and headbands are one size fits all. If you have a sizing request, please add it in the order notes at checkout. Reach out to us if you have any specific questions related to sizing.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
We do our absolute best to display our products accurately. Our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
Can I order a custom beanie?
You can place a custom order on select styles. Please see product listings that have a 'Custom' order graphic. Details are on the product page.
